A rare opportunity to learn and play gamelan music with Actiontrack Performance Company.
These sessions will illustrate and teach the techniques and elements of Indonesian music that come together in the unique sound of the gamelan.
The sessions will be practical and participants will have the chance to learn basic playing techniques and how the music is created and performed. Each session will end with a ‘run through’ of a piece created in the session…
